How can I Schedule my Zap on Specific Days and Times?

I just to know if this is possible.

Wanted to run my zap on schedule on specific days and time.

Example:

Monday - Thursday: 5pm - 9pm

I was using the schedule by zapier but I really don’t know how to customize it.

Instead of using complicated Zapier filters, with Cronfree you can simply set

Trigger Every

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

• Time: 5pm

• Timezone
